A Trip to Bangkok

Since I've been visited to Bangkok on the year 2011, I guess I will just jot down all ze moment at here ^ ^

Date : Mid September 2011
Flights : Air Asia ( Kch / KL / Bkk/ KL / Kch)
Partner: Syndy, Choon Wee &Siang Kwang

It was a last minute graduation trip that both me &Syndy decide right after our random limteh session. Hahahahah however, non of our partners (except both of us) are from the same course, so eventually it doesn't count as a Proper Graduation Trip but... who cares! Both of us are super duper excited even though the air fare was consider expensive (RM700+ for both ways)....
After done all the bookings, research for places, passports, HOLLLLAAAAA..... here we go BKK !!!

Day 1

Our bare face and we were so excited because we was told that Bangkok is a Shopping Paradiseeeeeee !!!

It took us one hour to reach Bangkok International Airport

This is the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).

Super big and the airport's design really "wow" compared with our airport :x

We were lucky enough to land at this airport because I was heard that after the year 2011, all Air Asia will land at another airport which is the Don Mueong International Airport.

We stayed at Udee Hostel. It is not easy to find the place and you r advised to print the address (better in Thai Language) and show to the taxi driver in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

This is because the taxi driver tend to bring the four of us to other hotel instead of Udee Hostel. =.= I think maybe the taxi driver will earn some commission if the he managed to bring customers to that hotel. That is why you are advise to stay alert during the whole trip in Bkk!!!

Anyway, this is the cozy Udee Hostel ^ ^

The price is reasonable and suitable for backpacker.

Simple breakfast is provided and most importantly, all staffs are friendly & helpful :)

After check-in, we took some rest and decided to settle our dinner at China Town!

Worth to go there for foods ^ ^

Day 2

We woke up quite early in the morning because we wanted to try the breakfast that prepared by the hostel ^ ^

I bought that pair of slipper at China Town

We were told that Chatuchak only operate during weekends ( you still can visit chatuchak during weekdays but some stalls/ shops only operate on weekends) and of cuz, we decided to join the crowd on that day XD!

I super duper love my shades but I lost them T^T

We had our lunch at a random cafe
We cant read Thai Language so we decided to order based on the picture!
The tomyam soup is yummyyyyyy ^ ^

I ordered this because I thought it wasn't spicy since I din see any single chili or sambal...
but end up mine is the SPICIEST among all T-T

I am not sure what is this but it taste great....

Happily posting with my food without knowing the real fact....T-T that... it is SPICYYY

We cant manage to walk the whole Chatuchak because the place is Superrrr big. hahaha

I bought some accessories, hair band, jeans, tops from there with cheaper price ^ ^

You can bargain the price with the locals too =)

We decided to have supper but it rained heavily so both of us decided to use our rain caot XD

Day 3

We planned to visit the famous floating market in Bkk which took us 4 hours to reach there.
It is the real floating market because in bkk there are alot of floating markets.. LOLzzz
Damnoen Saduak Floating Market.
We booked our one tour through the hotel.
So here we go ^ ^!

Actually nothing much you can do at the floating markets besides sight seeing and eating.
The stuffs from there are quite expensive compared to the town so basically you need to bargain the price with the locals.

This is yummiest Mango Sticky rice that we have tried !!!!!

Elephant riding but we didn't try , partly because the weather is toooo hot. LOL
Both me and syndy bought our hat at the floating market.

After the show, we went to the Famous Naraya Shop which located inside the Asia Hotel ^ ^
Bought alot of the cutie bags from there XD !

Day 4

Forth day is the visit temple day XD hahahahah

We didn't know that we need to pay for this until a lady suddenly popped up and ask us to pay 40 baht.
We were like huh..... then she pointed the price at the bottom of the frame. = =
