Zumba is a Latin American dance inspired fitness which has easy-to-follow dance move!
Back then, I never knew that I will involve myself in this Zumba class due to my laziness.
But I was constantly being dragged by my colleague - Nona to try out Zumba XD
I am glad that I've found this Zumba Centre which is not far from my house. and most importantly, the Instructor is super funny and cheerful XD!
Oh ya, currently I am joining
Vida La Vida Fitness Studio located at One TJ Stutong :)

I find Zumba classes taught by Dingy very fun and effective and it gives the impression of a nights out dancing than a workout at the gym.
There are a variety of time-slots for zumba class with different instructors!
Please refer below for the timetable and plan out your zumba party =D
Before I end my post, let me show you something XD
So, what are you waiting for???
=D
ZUMMMBBBAAAAAA ~!!!
